Salary: Dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanant - Full time

Job Description

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Trainee to provide administrative support for Customer Services, Operations and Fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Penalty Charge Notices, including recharges to customers

• Notice of Intended Prosecution

• Vehicle Taxation

• Fleet Reports

• Managing On-Boarding Q & A Documents

Job Skills Required:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Able to work to own initiative

• Computer literacy with word

• Competent in excel to an intermediate level

• Ability to communicate confidently at all levels

• Capable of meeting time scale deadlines

• Flexible approach
